If the product is in stock we aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, but we do have our busy times. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. At our busy times this may take a little longer but we promise to get your order to you as Quickly as possible. Please note that we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays. All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified by e-mail and the value of the goods refunded to your account within 28 working days.
What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?
We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. However, if there is an unexpected shortage of a particular product we will email you immediately and let you know.
If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will contact you immediately so you may revise your order.

All orders are dispatched within two – three business days from when you place your order, depending on order load, spring – summer is very busy. Outside Australia
To minimise the freight costs, charges will be calculated and then sent by either Australia Post, TNT or customers freight. We will advise you by email of the freight cost and await your confirmation prior to further processing.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your goods they must be returned within 7 days of delivery and no exchange or refund on books due to copywright . We will be happy to make an exchange, or refund the goods providing they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancelled items must be returned to us at your cost and must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
